BASE is an innovative app that leverages the excitement of football to enhance educational experiences in schools. Designed as a partner tool for teachers, BASE transforms the daily classroom routine by introducing a dynamic and engaging learning environment where children can absorb the same educational content through play.
In its initial phase, the app structures the game into three seasons, mimicking the format of sports tournaments. Each season comprises four competitive levels: Regional, National, Continental, and World, along with a Pre-Season. These tournaments feature varying numbers and difficulty levels of questions, referred to as matches, to keep the gameplay diverse and challenging.
BASE employs gamification elements such as coins, points, and trophies to boost and sustain children's interest throughout their learning journey. The educational content within BASE has been meticulously developed by the team at the Vini.Jr Institute, in collaboration with the faculty from the Paulo Reglus Neves Freire Municipal School.
Initially, BASE's educational technology targets the early years of Elementary School, specifically catering to students from 1st to 5th grade, aged 6 to 10. By integrating sport as a motivational tool and utilizing technology to streamline the learning process, BASE ensures an engaging educational experience. All questions within the app adhere to the standards set by the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), ensuring alignment with national educational guidelines.
