Mecha BREAK Developers Respond to Player Feedback
Following its Steam open beta conclusion, developers are evaluating player feedback about mech availability. The team is considering granting immediate access to all starter mechs rather than using an unlock progression system.
Open Beta Highlights Community Concerns

The multiplayer mech battler completed its successful open beta on March 16, gathering crucial player insights. During testing, Mecha BREAK peaked at over 300,000 concurrent players and currently ranks as Steam's 5th most wishlisted title.
Developer Amazing Seasun acknowledges community concerns regarding initial mech access and customization options. While they confirm live service elements will remain at launch, they're reevaluating unlocking requirements based on player input.
Under the current system, players start with one Break Striker mech and must complete multiplayer matches to earn additional units. This progression could potentially require significant time investment to unlock all 12 available mechs.
