Compatibility and Requirements:

- USA: OBD2 mandatory for all vehicles sold from 1996.
- European Union: EOBD mandatory for petrol cars from 2001 and diesel cars from 2004.
- Australia/New Zealand: OBD2 mandatory for petrol cars from 2006 and diesel cars from 2007.
Important: Piston only accesses data your vehicle makes available via the OBD2 standard.
