Final Strike: GO Battle Week Highlights
After months of training, Kubfu can finally evolve into the legendary Urshifu - with two distinct battling styles available. Your combat choices determine whether you unlock the powerful Single Strike or swift Rapid Strike form.
To obtain Single Strike Urshifu, keep Kubfu as your buddy and defeat 30 Dark-type Pokémon in raids or Max Battles. For Rapid Strike Urshifu, achieve the same feat against 30 Water-types during the event window.
A limited-time Special Research continues the seasonal narrative until June 3, 2025, rewarding Kubfu Candy, Mysterious Components, and encounters with unique Pokémon like Charcadet featuring special backgrounds.

Mark May 25th for Gigantamax Machamp's debut in six-star Max Battles from 2:00-5:00 PM local time. This special battle day comes with boosted rewards:
- 75% reduced distance for earning Max Particles
- Increased Max Particle storage capacity (1,600)
- All Power Spots featuring Gigantamax Battles
- 8× Max Particle rewards
- Two additional Special Trades
Max Mushrooms provide temporary power surges - doubling Dynamax/Gigantamax damage. While stacking extends duration, the damage multiplier remains constant.
