In Metaphor: ReFantazio, navigating through dungeons often involves confronting formidable foes that serve as mini-bosses before reaching the final boss. These enemies, marked in red by the overworld Fairy Sight, require strategic squad combat to overcome. Among these challenging adversaries is the Faithwight Magileto, found in the Spire Of Blind Faith. This enemy is notorious for its difficulty, necessitating a near-perfect strategy and a bit of luck to defeat.
Faithwight Magileto Weakness & Skills In Metaphor: ReFantazio
Weakness | Repel | Resists | Blocks |
---|---|---|---|
Strike | Light | Pierce | Electric |
The Faithwight Magileto is a level 50 enemy capable of summoning additional level 50 enemies, making it advisable to engage only when your party is at least level 45.
This enemy wields powerful dark and light magic, capable of targeting single characters or the entire party. Its arsenal includes Megidolaon, a devastating spell that inflicts massive damage across the board. Additionally, it benefits from passive buffs that amplify the damage of its dark, light, and electric attacks. The Faithwight Magileto can also use Soul Scream to gain four Press Turn icons in a turn and summon level 50 skeletons to bolster its forces.
The summoned skeletons possess potent slashing attacks and dark magic, along with strong buffs and one of the game's most effective healing spells, which they can use to restore the Faithwight Magileto to full health. These minions share the same weakness to Strike attacks, making it crucial to exploit this vulnerability to secure victory.
How To Beat Faithwight Magileto In Metaphor: ReFantazio
Defeating the Faithwight Magileto is a daunting task even at level 50, and nearly impossible at lower levels. To enhance your chances, consider the following preparations:
- Acquire Dark Dodge from the Magic Knight.
- Obtain Light Dodge from the Healer Archetype.
- Inherit Strike skills from the Brawler Archetype.
- Utilize the Warlock Archetype, which resists both Dark and Light damage.
- Leverage the Thief Archetype, which resists Dark damage.
- Carry Tetrabreak to counter any summoned enemy using Tetrakarn.
While the specific Archetypes you select are flexible, prioritize those that meet the criteria above and are not vulnerable to Dark, Light, or Slash damage. If you have access to multiple Archetypes and can use Skill Inheritance, focus on Strength-heavy Archetypes. Ensure that at least two party members have access to party-wide healing spells, and equip all members with Strike attacks to maximize Press Turn Icons and facilitate recovery from the health loss associated with these skills.
The battle's outcome can hinge on luck, particularly if faced with consecutive Megidolaons, which are extremely difficult to survive. Equipping most of your party with Dark and Light dodge can help mitigate damage and end the enemy's turn more quickly. If the Faithwight Magileto summons allies, prioritize their swift elimination before they can deploy their healing magic. Consider bringing the Dekaja skill to dispel any buffs from summoned enemies. Your strategy should aim to execute at least six Strike attacks and two party-wide healing spells each turn.
