Available Services by State:
Gringo's IPVA, licensing, and CRLV-e services are currently available in SP, MG, SC, PR, RS, DF, ES, BA, GO, and MA. IPVA and licensing are available in RJ, RO, MS, and PE. Expansion to other states is planned.
Legal Compliance:
Gringo is authorized to process traffic fines and related vehicle debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) according to Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This allows direct accreditation with state traffic departments, treasuries, and other relevant bodies.
Data Sources:
Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from state agencies (DETRANs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, etc.) and national agencies (SENATRAN), as detailed in Gringo's Privacy Policy.
