Forget traditional BaitBoat remotes! The Carplounge Autopilot utilizes your Android tablet or phone for effortless control. A free app, available on the Google Play Store, connects via Bluetooth to a transmitter box, granting complete touchscreen command of your RT7 & RT4 V4 BaitBoat.
Manual mode provides intuitive touchscreen steering, mirroring standard BaitBoat operation. Real-time boat position, route, and orientation (including compass data!) are displayed on an interactive map. Discover promising fishing spots using your echo sounder? The integrated GPS lets you save and name these locations (e.g., "jetty left," "spot 1").
Autopilot mode unleashes true potential. Create complex routes by selecting saved points and assigning actions at each point (opening hoppers, activating lights, etc.). Imagine: navigate to "Sandbank," deploy bait from the right hopper, proceed to "Spot 2" and release bait from the left, then return to your fishing spot with a light signal – all automatically. Store virtually unlimited spots and routes. High-precision position and acceleration sensors, combined with advanced GPS and compass technology, ensure pinpoint accuracy (90% within 30cm!).
Smart line management is a key feature. The autopilot intelligently compensates for line tension during operation, even when deploying two rods simultaneously to different locations. This prevents line tangles and maintains a direct course to your target.
The autopilot replaces the standard remote, but you can connect a remote control if preferred. The app is optimized for 10-inch tablets, but any Bluetooth-enabled Android tablet works.
