These devices plug into your car's diagnostic socket, bridging the gap between your vehicle and smartphone. Recommended adapter brands include OBDLink, Kiwi 3, V-Gate, Carista, LELink, and Veepeak. Be cautious of cheap Chinese OBD2 ELM327 adapters, especially those marked as v.2.1, which may have numerous bugs.
Please note that the capabilities of your vehicle's ECU can limit the data available. Car Scanner can only display information that your car's system supports.
