With just one touch, hold your finger on the screen to start the game and release when the clock hand points to the green or purple zones. If the needle lands in the purple area, your character will receive a significant boost in strength, leading to crazier and faster progress in weightlifting. Follow the man’s training activity and avoid letting the needle stop in the red area, which signals weak health or insufficient strength to lift weights. The purple zones are quite small, making up only about 5% of the total area. However, if you can align the force correctly, your character can receive a boost that lasts quite a long time, giving you 3 to 5 times the usual amount of experience.

After each level, you'll notice your character becoming more muscular, with visible changes in body shape and muscle definition, allowing them to lift heavier weights. The more heavy weights you lift, the faster your character's muscle-building ability improves.
