Once you download the TCA app, you can book a taxi right away. Create an account to manage your trips, save favorite destinations, and set up your preferred payment method for faster checkouts.
Choose the type of vehicle that best suits your needs. Need a fast pickup? Select “Taxi.” Traveling with a group of 5 to 8 people? Opt for the “Minivan.” Want to reduce your carbon footprint? Choose “Green” for a zero-emission ride. Heading to the airport and want a fixed rate? Our “Airport” taxi option ensures you’ll pay no more than €37.50.
Track your taxi in real time and see exactly when it will arrive. Enter your destination to receive an estimated price and travel duration. You can also schedule a reservation in advance and take advantage of extra features like adding luggage, bringing a pet, or inviting additional passengers.
After booking, view your assigned driver and the taxi’s license plate number for easy identification. Once your ride is complete, provide feedback by rating your driver and sharing your experience.
