At last, a solo Spanish deck game for Android enthusiasts! This innovative app brings the classic 40-card Spanish deck to your mobile device, offering a fresh twist on the beloved solitaire experience. The objective remains consistent with the French deck version: uncover all the cards and arrange them into their respective suits, from one to the king. The game ends if you can no longer move cards to their bases.
When playing with the Spanish deck, you can arrange cards in descending order on different suit piles (unlike the color-based French deck). The app offers three distinct gameplay modes, each with unique rules:
- Easy Game: Follows the standard rules of the French deck solitaire, with the twist that suits alternate instead of colors. You can move single cards or entire stacks, and only kings can fill empty spaces.
- Normal Game: True Spanish solitaire where you can only move the top card of each pile, and any card, not just kings, can fill empty spots.
- Difficult Game: A challenging variant where only kings can be placed in empty spaces, adding an extra layer of complexity.
You can undo moves at any time using the "undo" button. Start a new game with the "new game" button, and return to the main menu using the menu button. When the deck runs out and all cards are face-up, an "autofill" button appears, pausing the timer and collecting all cards to their bases.
The app tracks detailed statistics on games played and won across different levels, as well as total playtime and initial moves. Access these stats by tapping the "i" button during gameplay. Additionally, you can resume a previously started game, enhancing your gaming experience.
Connect via your Facebook account to access a range of social features, including leaderboards for all three game levels, friend rankings based on your current level, the ability to invite friends to play, and the option to share your scores on Facebook.
We've implemented a dynamic scoring system where each move earns points, which are then multiplied by a FactorX multiplier. For instance, moving a card to reveal another card from one pile to another earns +5 points, which can be multiplied to +250 if the FactorX is 50. The multiplier, displayed at the bottom of the screen, decreases over time, making initial moves more valuable than later ones.
The movements that generate points are:
- Discard Pile to Base: +10 Points
- Stack to Base: +10 Points
- Graveyard to Graveyard: +5 Points
- Card Revealed in Stack: +5 Points
- Base to Pile: -15 Points
