Virtual Transport Cards:
Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and student cards. Other discounted cards require in-person registration at a company office with supporting documentation.
Top up your virtual card using your card number via the app or through banking apps such as Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).
App Permissions:
- Camera: QR code scanning.
- Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified payment (identifies bus codes using passenger and bus GPS locations), route planning (including transfers) from your location to your destination. Enter destinations and departures via map or text address.
