How to Play Rummy (रमी):
Rummy rules are easy to learn. 13-card rummy is played with 2-5 players. Each player receives 13 cards. The goal is to form sequences (runs) and sets using all 13 cards. A valid declaration requires at least two sequences, with one being a pure sequence (first life) and the second sequence can be pure or impure (second life). At least one sequence must contain four cards.
Rummy Game Variants:
- 21 Cards Rummy: Requires sets or sequences of 3 pure sequences, 3 tunnels separated by groups of 3. Eight dublees can be arranged in separate groups, and eight Jokers can be arranged together.
- 13 Cards Points Rummy: Played with 2-5 players. 2 decks are used for 2-3 players, and 3 decks for 4-5 players. Points are calculated after a valid declaration, with points added for any cards not part of a set or sequence. Players can lose up to 80 points per game.
