How to Finish Dream Patrol: Knight in a Storm
You'll find the Knight in a Storm Dream Patrol at the Shores of Last Breath in the Fagaceae Peninsula, located east of Ragunna City. Look for the crossed swords icon on your map, which becomes visible after activating the Resonance Nexus in the region. The quickest route to this challenge is by teleporting to the nearby Tacet Field, known for dropping the new Sonata set for Carlotta builds. Note that access to this area is unlocked only after completing the "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" quest.
The Questless Knight you face in this Dream Patrol behaves similarly to other knights in Rinascita, making the battle itself manageable. However, to maximize your rewards, you'll need to complete the following objectives:
- Reach Battle Rank S for more than 10 seconds: Boost your Battle Rank by executing perfect dodges, parries, and using your character's abilities, including Intro/Outro skills.
- Perform 3 Counterattacks that interrupt the knight's weapon enhancement: Parry the knight's attacks specifically when its weapon is enhanced.
- Immobilize an enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Use your character's ultimate to stun the knight by depleting the white bar under its health bar.
Countering the Knight's Enhanced Weapon
Throughout the fight, the knight will summon three swords and choose one to enhance its weapon. This enhancement triggers aerial lunge attacks, presenting the perfect opportunity for counterattacks. When the parry indicators above the knight align, strike with your attack to execute a successful counterattack. You must perform this three times to meet the challenge requirement.
