"Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" is one such quest, challenging players to quell a raging storm in Rinascita's northeastern corner. Though optional, completing this quest is highly recommended, especially considering a Nightmare Echo is trapped within the storm-ravaged Fagaceae Peninsula ruins. Prepare your strongest Resonators – this is a substantial undertaking.
Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms Walkthrough
This exploration quest is combat-heavy. Begin at the base of the ruins south of Shores of Last Breath, activating the broken Lumiscale Construct. The quest objectives are:
- Charge three Discipline Steles at designated locations.
- Return to and defeat the Lumiscale Construct.
- Chase and defeat the Lumiscale Construct (again).
- Defeat the Dragon of Dirge.
Charging the Steles
Stand within the glowing circle on each altar to charge the Discipline Steles. Enemies interrupting this process will slow progress; eliminate them swiftly. Moving too far from the altar will cause the energy to dissipate. Utilize the enhanced elemental damage and status effects introduced in the 2.0 update to your advantage. For the third stele set, strategically position yourself to activate them before enemy spawns.
Chasing and Defeating the Lumiscale Construct
Use your strongest Resonators to defeat the Lumiscale Construct. A cutscene will trigger after significantly reducing its health, prompting you to pursue it deeper into the ruins. The environment becomes increasingly hazardous during the chase; navigate falling debris and lightning while eliminating enemies. A final confrontation with the Construct awaits.
The Dragon of Dirge
This formidable foe can inflict devastating stunlocks or one-shot your characters. Evade its breath attacks and falling stars, aiming for stuns whenever possible. Prioritize dodging its powerful attacks and capitalizing on stun opportunities.
Upon defeating the Dragon of Dirge, the quest concludes, unlocking access to Shores of Last Breath, including Dream Patrols and Nightmare Tempest Mephis in the northern arena.
