World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 will automatically convert leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token for every 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch's release.
The WoW 20th-anniversary event, concluding on January 7th, allowed players to accumulate Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing revamped Tier 2 sets and anniversary items. Any remaining tokens could be exchanged for Timewarped Badges, the currency for Timewalking events.
Blizzard confirmed that Bronze Celebration Tokens will not be used again. To prevent unused tokens from cluttering players' inventories, the automatic conversion to Timewarped Badges ensures no currency goes to waste.
While Patch 11.1 lacks an official release date, considering the timing of the Plunderstorm and Turbulent Timeways events (January 14th - February 17th and now through February 24th respectively), a February 25th release is highly probable. This aligns with Blizzard's recent release schedule and accounts for holiday delays.
Consequently, the Bronze Celebration Token conversion will likely happen after the second Turbulent Timeways event concludes. Timewarped Badges, obtained from this conversion, can be used in future Timewalking events, with all rewards remaining accessible.
