Waven, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular MMOs Dofus and Wakfu, has quietly launched globally on iOS and Android. This strategy combat game, set within the familiar Wakfu/Dofus world, offers a more solo-focused experience than its predecessors.
While Dofus and Wakfu are long-running MMORPGs with a dedicated fanbase (and even an animated series!), Waven aims to attract new players with a fresh location and storyline. However, it also includes plenty of nods to the series' history for longtime fans. The game emphasizes strategic PvE combat with a stronger emphasis on solo play.
