Your journey begins in the Grand Reef. Locate the Bubble Mermaid NPC residing on the shore of the largest island—the same island home to the Shipwright and Marley. Speak with her, and she'll offer to help you breathe underwater in exchange for a small fee and three Resins. While the coin shouldn't be a problem, acquiring the Resins might require a bit more effort.
How to Get Resin in Fisch
To obtain Resins, set sail for the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680). Begin fishing. Your success rate will depend heavily on your equipment. The Kraken Rod and a bit of server luck can boost your chances significantly (10-20%).
Without the Kraken Rod and favorable server luck, your chances of catching a Resin plummet to approximately 0.04%. Regardless, you'll need to catch three Resins.
Once you've collected three Resins, return to the Bubble Mermaid, present her with the Resins and $C25,000, and claim your stylish Water Bubble!
