Pokemon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event, launching January 15th, introduces Shroodle and Grafaiai, the Gen IX Poison/Normal-type Pokémon. This event runs until January 19th at 8 PM local time.
Key Event Features:
- New Pokémon Debut: Shroodle hatches from 12 km Eggs, evolving into Grafaiai with 50 Shroodle Candy.
- Surprise Encounters: Snapshot encounters with a fashionably attired Croagunk.
- Increased Team GO Rocket Activity: Expect more appearances at PokéStops and in balloons.
- Shadow Pokémon Encounters: New Shadow Pokémon include Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby.
- Shadow Raids: One-star raids feature Shadow Nidoran♀, Shadow Nidoran♂, Shadow Totodile, and Shadow Ralts. Three-star raids include Shadow Electabuzz, Shadow Magmar, and Shadow Wobbuffet. Remote Raid Passes are enabled for these raids.
- Shadow Palkia Special Research: A special research storyline focused on rescuing Shadow Palkia.
- Field Research Tasks: Yielding Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs.
- In-Game Shop Bundle: A 300-coin bundle containing an Incubator, Rocket Radar, and Premium Battle Pass.
- Charged TM Utility: Use a Charged TM to remove Frustration from Shadow Pokémon.
Event Bonuses: Team GO Rocket will be significantly more prevalent at PokéStops and in balloons.
Post-Event Activities:
