Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5: Leaked Permanent Bangboo Dress-Up Mode and More
New leaks suggest a permanent dress-up game mode is coming to Zenless Zone Zero in Version 1.5, launching January 22nd. The anticipated mode, a Bangboo Beauty Contest featuring costume customization for the mascot Eous, was revealed by reliable leaker Flying Flame. Screenshots showcasing various clothing items for Eous have surfaced. While the mode will become permanent, event-specific rewards will be time-limited. Rumors suggest this event may also introduce a long-awaited skin for Nicole Demara.
Version 1.4 introduced S-Rank characters Hoshimi Miyabi and Asaba Harumasa (the latter being free), and two new permanent combat-focused game modes. Version 1.5's addition of a non-combat, permanent game mode follows this trend, mirroring similar features in other HoYoverse titles like Honkai: Star Rail and Genshin Impact.
Further leaks hint at a temporary platformer game mode alongside the Bangboo dress-up event. HoYoverse has confirmed the arrival of S-Rank characters Astra Yao and Evelyn, a new area, and a new chapter in the main storyline for Version 1.5. More details are expected soon.
