Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Gameplay: A First-Person Perspective Only
Based on trailers and promotional materials, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 offers a fully immersive first-person experience. This means there is no third-person mode available. The game is exclusively played from Henry's perspective, except during cutscenes and conversations.
This design choice is intentional. The developers aimed for complete player immersion, believing the first-person view best achieves this goal. While the modding community might eventually create a third-person mod, the base game remains strictly first-person.
During cutscenes and dialogues, the camera will shift to show Henry and the NPC he's interacting with, allowing you to see his appearance change based on his condition and equipment. However, exploring the game world is limited to the first-person perspective.
An official third-person mode is highly improbable. Therefore, if you intend to play, be prepared for a solely first-person adventure.
