Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl's SEVA-V Armor: A Free Early-Game Acquisition
Stalker 2 offers a variety of armor suits to enhance player survival. The SEVA-V suit, a highly valuable member of the SEVA series, stands out for its free acquisition and early-game availability, providing excellent PSI protection. Here's how to obtain it:
Locate the Scientist Helicopter Point of Interest (POI): This POI is situated in the Rostok region, southwest of the Rostok base. It's characterized by a large field containing a crashed helicopter within an Electro anomaly and a sizable, rusted crane. Reaching the SEVA-V suit requires some climbing.
Ascend the Crane: Upon entering the POI, you'll see the crashed helicopter (right, within the Electro anomaly) and a ladder leading up the crane (left). Before climbing, use an artifact detector to acquire an Electro-type artifact from the anomalous field – this will prove helpful. Then, climb the crane.
Retrieve the SEVA-V Suit: At the crane's summit, proceed to the operator's cabin (left). Carefully cross the gap and enter the cabin. Inside, you'll find a bag containing valuable supplies and the SEVA-V armor. Retrace your steps to descend.
SEVA-V Suit Stats and Upgrades: The SEVA-V suit boasts high radiation protection and decent PSI protection. It can be upgraded by Screw, the technician at the Rostok base, allowing for the insertion of up to four artifacts. If you already possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit offers a substantial return.
