According to Variety, Hazelight Studios' acclaimed co-op adventure, Split Fiction, is being adapted into a film. Multiple top Hollywood studios have expressed interest, leading Story Kitchen, a company specializing in game adaptations (responsible for It Takes Two's film adaptation, the Sonic the Hedgehog movies, and Netflix's Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft), to assemble a package deal including writers, director, and cast.
Further details are currently unavailable.
This announcement follows the game's impressive sales figures; *Split Fiction* sold over two million copies in its first week.
