First, locate the quest-giving NPC using the in-game map. Look for the exclamation mark within a blue circle. Teleporting to the location is recommended.

Find Rosalie, the NPC at the marked location.
Rosalie will request a hairstyle from the "Simple" category.
Access your hairstyle collection (press 'C'), locate the "Simple" category (below the character image), and select a hairstyle. The example uses a hairstyle from the fisherman set.
Return to Rosalie and interact with her to trigger a cutscene confirming quest completion.
