Sonic Rumble: A Chaotic Party Game Pre-Launch Begins!
Remember the buzz around Sonic Rumble? This upcoming Sonic game trades high-speed action for chaotic, Fall Guys-style party fun with Sonic and friends. Following a May CBT, Sonic Rumble is now entering its pre-launch phase.
Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch Rollout:
SEGA has initiated Phase 1 of the pre-launch, exclusively in the Philippines on Android and iOS. This phase will run throughout the summer, after which all gameplay data will be reset.
Phase 2, scheduled for fall, expands the pre-launch to Peru and Colombia. Phase 3 will add further regions, to be announced later.
Global pre-registration is planned to follow, anticipated by the end of 2024 or early 2025. The recent success of Fall Guys likely motivates SEGA to accelerate the launch.
Gameplay Overview:
Sonic Rumble features mini-games packed with zany obstacles and challenges. Play solo or team up with friends for competitive fun.
However, Sonic Rumble adds a unique twist. Unlike the straightforward races of Fall Guys, this game incorporates classic Sonic villains like Dr. Eggman, adding unexpected challenges and disruptions to the gameplay.
