Acquiring Shoes:
While you begin with a pair, replacement options abound. Loot chests and fallen enemies (poachers, etc.) for potential finds. Alternatively, purchase shoes from vendors. Tailors offer shoes, but cobblers provide superior options. Locate cobblers using their map icon (three red circles); one is readily available in Trosky. Note that cobblers, like Cobbler Matthew, may also sell horse gear and crafting kits.
Shoe Repair:
Repair services are offered by cobblers and blacksmiths. Select the repair option during dialogue; costs vary depending on your Craftsmanship skill level (perks provide discounts).
Alternatively, self-repair is possible using a Cobbler's Kit. These kits are obtainable from various vendors, looted chests, and fallen NPCs.
