Ralts Takes Center Stage in January's Pokemon GO Community Day Classic
Niantic has revealed that Ralts will be the star Pokémon for the January 2025 Community Day Classic event. This guide details event specifics, including bonuses and in-app purchase options.
Encounter and Evolve the "Feeling Pokémon"
From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time on January 25th, 2025, trainers will have boosted encounter rates for Ralts, increasing the chances of finding its shiny form.
A special research story focused on Ralts is available for $2 USD. Completing this research yields a Premium Battle Pass, a Rare Candy XL, and three Ralts encounters featuring Dual Destiny-themed backgrounds.
Evolving Ralts into Kirlia during the event (or within five hours afterward) unlocks Gardevoir or Gallade with the powerful Charged Attack "Synchronoise" (80 power in Trainer Battles, Gyms, and Raids).
Timed Research offers additional rewards: 4 Sinnoh Stones and a Ralts encounter with a Dual Destiny-themed background. Unlike the main Community Day event, this research remains accessible for a week post-event.

In-Game Purchases:
An Ultra Community Day Box ($4.99 USD) containing 10 Ultra Balls, 1 Elite Charged TM, and a Special Research ticket is available via the Pokémon GO web store starting January 21st, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time).
Two Community Day bundles will also be offered in the in-game shop:
- 1,350 PokéCoins: 50 Ultra Balls, 5 Super Incubators, 1 Elite Charged TM, 5 Lucky Eggs
