- Shadow Ho-Oh Raid Day: On January 19th (2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time), participate in a Ho-Oh Shadow Raid Day with increased Shiny encounter rates and the chance for Ho-Oh to learn Sacred Fire. A $5 event ticket unlocks extra rewards.
- Shadow Pokémon Encounters: Battle and rescue Shadow Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby. Shiny versions are possible! For the first time, Remote Raid Passes are accepted for these Shadow Raids.
- Team GO Rocket Rampage: Expect increased Team GO Rocket activity at PokéStops and in balloons. Stock up on Charged TMs to help your Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration.
- Rewards Galore: Field Research tasks offer rewards like Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs. Complete a special Collection Challenge to earn Stardust and a Trubbish encounter.
