Castle Doombad is back! The popular tower defense strategy game, originally released in 2014, returns on Android as Castle Doombad: Free To Slay. Developed by Grumpyface Studios and published by Yodo1, this mobile version offers a fresh take on the classic.
Grumpyface, known for hits like Steven Universe: Attack the Light and Teeny Titans, initially planned a single Castle Doombad remake. However, they cleverly split the project, creating Free To Slay for mobile and a remastered Castle Doombad Classic for Nintendo Switch and Steam (releasing later this year). A sequel, Castle Doombad 2: Muahaha!, is also in development.
Embrace Your Inner Villain!
Castle Doombad: Free To Slay lets you unleash your inner evil mastermind. Build a wicked lair, defend it against heroic do-gooders, and utilize traps and minions as your primary weapons. It's a delightfully villainous twist on the genre.
