The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup returns to Riyadh for the 2025 Esports World Cup, featuring intense international competition and an impressive $3 million purse. Demonstrating EWC's expanding focus on mobile gaming, the MSC will maintain its presence in the 2026 tournament as well.
The action begins with the Wildcard stage during the EWC Festival from July 10-13, where unqualified teams get their final opportunity to secure main event slots. The premier MSC competition then unfolds from July 23 through August 2, showcasing 16 elite MLBB teams.
The tournament retains its proven structure: dual eight-team double-elimination group stages preceding a single-elimination playoff for the top eight squads. Beyond the massive prize money, the standout player receives an additional $10,000 MVP award.
Regional qualifiers are currently determining participants worldwide. Powerhouse regions including Indonesia's MPL, Philippines, Malaysia, and Latin America compete fiercely for positions, while Cambodia, Türkiye, and Myanmar have nearly finalized their representatives.
North America's Challenger Tournament concluded with BloodThirstyKings claiming victory. The MSC x EWC China Qualifier and July's MSC Wildcard will settle the remaining team selections.
