Marvel Contest of Champions unleashes a terrifying Halloween update, adding spooky new characters and challenges to celebrate its 10th anniversary. This chilling event plunges players back into the Battlerealm.
A Spooky Halloween Event
The update features two frightful new champions: Scream, the vengeful symbiote, and Jack O’ Lantern, a villain with a gruesome habit of transforming victims into jack-o'-lanterns. These additions heighten the thrills of the House of Horrors event, where Jessica Jones investigates a dark mystery leading to a nightmarish carnival.
Jack's Bounty-full Hunt, a gladiator-style side quest, runs from October 9th to November 6th. This weekly challenge offers multiple paths and plenty of mayhem as players battle Jack O’ Lantern.
Celebrating 10 Years of Marvel Contest of Champions
This Halloween event coincides with the game's 10th anniversary. Kabam is celebrating a decade of action with ten major reveals. Medusa and Purgatory have already received updates.
The Deadpool's Ultimate Multiplayer Bonanza introduces an Alliance Super Season with collaborative bounty missions. Venom-themed content, including the Venom: Last Dance event (October 21st to November 15th), is also part of the anniversary celebration. Anniversary Battlegrounds Season 22 is currently underway until October 30th, featuring new buffs and critical hit advantages.
60 FPS Update on the Horizon
A significant gameplay enhancement is the upcoming 60 FPS update, scheduled for November 4th, promising smoother, more fluid action. The game currently runs at 30 FPS.
