KEMCO has quickly followed up the launch of Metro Quester – Hack & Slash on Android with the announcement of pre-registration for Alphadia III, the latest in the beloved Alphadia series. This installment is a remake of the 2009 original, now revamped using Unity and optimized for mobile gaming. Having been released in Japan in October 2024, it is now set to captivate global audiences.
A Retro RPG Experience
Alphadia III offers a deep dive into a fantasy world with pixel art and classic turn-based gameplay. Set before the events of Alphadia I, the game unfolds in a time ravaged by the Energi War, where the pursuit of life energy, Energi, led to widespread conflict.
Check out the pre-registration trailer for Alphadia III released by KEMCO:
In the game, you take on the role of Alphonse, an energi clone who begins as a mere follower of orders. A pivotal moment occurs when a girl named Tart informs him of a companion's death, sparking a profound journey of self-discovery. Alphonse grapples with existential questions about his humanity and the purpose of the ongoing war.
The narrative unfolds against the backdrop of three surviving nations—the Schwarzschild Empire, Nordstrom Kingdom, and the Luminere Alliance—engaged in the final chapter of the Energi War.
