Six Invitational 2025 Format
The format for Six Invitational 2025 remains unchanged from 2024, yet for newcomers, here's a breakdown. The event will feature two phases: a group stage and a double-elimination playoff.
During the group stage, all teams are divided into four groups and compete in a round-robin format. Each match is crucial, not only for survival but also for securing a favorable seed in the playoffs.
The top four teams from the group stage will advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, skipping the first round and securing at least a 9th to 12th place finish. Teams finishing second and third also enter the upper bracket but start at the first round, with the advantage of surviving one loss without elimination. Teams that come in fourth place start in the lower bracket, where every match is do-or-die. Teams in fifth place are eliminated.
