Beretsant Feather Locations and Acquisition
Beretsant Feathers aren't exceptionally rare but are confined to Stoneville and the Abandoned District in Wishfield. Access to these areas unlocks after progressing to Chapter 3 of the main storyline. Stoneville, however, proves to be a plentiful source.
Beretsants, the feathered creatures that yield these feathers, resemble cartoon roosters with grey and black plumage and a distinctive red beret-shaped crest. They're commonly found near homes and gardens in Stoneville, often in small flocks. Their vocalizations make them relatively easy to spot.
To collect feathers, equip the Bye Bye Dust ability (or an equivalent) from your ability wheel. Approach a Beretsant; they are surprisingly docile. Once a blue brush icon appears above its head, interact with it to receive a Beretsant Feather and Grooming Insight.
