HoYoverse just dropped the details for the upcoming Honkai: Star Rail version 2.4 update. It’s launching on July 31st, and is titled ‘Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue.’ The update is packed with a lot, so let’s dive into what’s coming.What’s New In Honkai Star Rail Version 2.4?First up, the Astral Express is making its way to a new map called The Shackling Prison in Xianzhou Luofu. Alongside this, you’ll get to explore the workplaces of Xueyi and Hanya.There are two new characters in Honkai Star Rail version 2.4, Yunli and Jiaoqiu. Plus, fan favourites Sparkle and Huohuo are making a comeback with a vengeance.Now, Yunli is a 5-star Destruction unit and Jiaoqiu is a 5-star Nihility unit. Yunli hits the scene in Phase 1 starting July 31st, alongside Huohuo, Lynx, Yukong and Hanya. Then, Phase 2 starts on August 21st featuring Jiaoqiu, Sparkle, Arlan, Guinaifen and Hook.Honkai Star Rail Version 2.4 update brings two new 5-Star Light Cones. Yunli’s signature, Dance at Sunset of The Destruction path, will be available in Phase 1. While Jiaoqiu’s signature, Those Many Springs of The Nihility path, will appear in Phase 2.Also, Huohuo’s Night of Fright and Sparkle’s Earthly Escapade Light Cones are making a comeback. Numerous Events And Features Await!A new Trailblaze Continuation Mission, the Xianzhou Luofu area named The Shackling Prison, and Yunli’s Companion Mission are available. Plus, there's the Gift Of Odyssey login event for 10 Special Star Rail Passes.In the Saga of Primaveral Blade event, you’ll train March 7th with Yanqing and Yunli for a duel against the IPC’s Scott. Participation rewards include Stellar Jade, Self-Modeling Resin, a new chat bubble style, Tracks of Destiny and March 7th’s Eidolon Hunt.
