Hearthstone enthusiasts, get ready for an exciting update! Battlegrounds Season 10, dubbed "Second Nature," is set to launch on April 29th, 2025. This season promises a fresh start with a full refresh of ratings and the Track, and any unclaimed Season 9 rewards will be automatically collected for you. As Season 9 ends and Season 10 begins, you'll dive into a world of new and returning elements that will shake up your gameplay.
The reveals for Season 10 are spread out over several days, giving you a tantalizing glimpse of what's to come. On April 18th, you'll get to see Dragons, Demons, and Mechs. Then, on April 21st, Undead and Pirates will be unveiled, followed by Naga and Quilboar on April 22nd. The reveal schedule wraps up with Murlocs and Beasts on April 23rd.
When Season 10 kicks off, Anomalies will be completely removed from the Tavern, and turn lengths will be extended, giving you more time to strategize your moves. Trinkets are making a comeback, but with a twist. These passive power-ups, which you can purchase with Gold, will appear twice during a game: Lesser Trinkets on turn 6 and Greater Trinkets on turn 9. What's more, you'll have a better chance of getting Trinkets that match your current minion type. Blizzard is introducing over 100 new Trinkets alongside more than 100 returning ones, ensuring a diverse and dynamic gameplay experience.
Two new heroes are joining the fray in Season 10: Forest Lord Cenarius and Buttons. Cenarius brings the classic Druid energy, focusing on ramping up Gold and setting the stage for powerful late-game plays. Alongside these new heroes, Blizzard is refreshing the minion pool with over 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells. The Battlegrounds Track will also be reset, offering new challenges and rewards.
