Grimguard Tactics, launched in late October, is receiving its first major content update, "A New Hero Arrives," on November 28th! This update introduces exciting new features and challenges.
New Hero and Event: Acolyte and Severed Path
A new healer class, the Acolyte, joins the fray. Wielding hand scythes, these heroes manipulate enemy blood to heal allies or control opponents, even turning foes against their own teams. The update also includes a new event, "Severed Path," focused on the Acolyte's backstory. This event features a unique dungeon, special missions, and limited-time rewards.
Trinkets: Enhanced Hero Customization
A new "Trinkets" system allows players to equip small items to enhance hero abilities. These trinkets can be crafted in the Forge, enabling players to customize stats and optimize their team compositions.
Grimguard Tactics: A Dark Fantasy Strategy RPG
Grimguard Tactics is a free-to-play, turn-based strategy RPG set in a dark fantasy world. Players recruit and level legendary heroes from diverse factions, customizing them with perks and sub-classes. They also rebuild Holdfast, the last safe haven in Terenos, gathering resources and fortifying it against the encroaching Primorvan forces. The game features a dynamic PvP arena for competitive play.
