Dredge's mobile release delayed until February 2025, but a new closed beta is now open for registration!
Fans eagerly awaiting the mobile port of Black Salt Games' Lovecraftian fishing horror, Dredge, will need to wait a bit longer. The launch has been pushed back to February 2025. However, to soften the blow, Black Salt Games has announced a new closed beta with open sign-ups.
In Dredge, players assume the role of a fisherman in the eerie town of Greater Marrow. Initially, the task seems simple: catch and sell fish. However, the tranquil fishing quickly turns unsettling as players encounter bizarre sea creatures, mysterious beings, and a creeping sense of madness, all set against the backdrop of a mysterious island.

A Challenging Port
Having played the PC version, the delay is understandable. Adapting such a vast and detailed world to mobile is a significant undertaking. The additional closed beta is a smart move, allowing for valuable player feedback before the official release. This ensures the mobile experience will be as polished and engaging as its PC counterpart.
