The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, bringing returning costumed Pokémon and a stylish newcomer: Minccino and Cinccino in fashionable attire! This limited-time event offers a chance to add these chic Pokémon to your collection.
When Can You Catch Costumed Minccino?
Costume Minccino and Cinccino debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. These Pokémon sport stylish rhinestone glasses and adorable bows. Interestingly, while Costume Minccino can be Shiny, its evolved form, Costume Cinccino, cannot.
Besides the new Minccino, Fashion Week 2025 also featured returning costumed Pokémon like Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, and Shinx. Furfrou, with its various forms, also made appearances in the wild and Raids.
How to Acquire Costume Minccino
Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino isn't as straightforward. It's available primarily through Raids and a paid Timed Research.
One-Star Raids
Costume Minccino appeared in One-Star Raids during the event. These are generally easy solo raids, but you might need to check multiple Gyms as other costumed Pokémon (Shinx and Furfrou) also appeared in these raids.

Field Research Tasks
While event-themed Pokémon encounters were available through Field Research Tasks, Niantic's blog didn't specify which Pokémon were included. It's possible Minccino was among them, but it was less likely than through the paid option.
Catching Costume Cinccino
To obtain Costume Cinccino, you'll need to evolve your Costume Minccino. This requires 50 Minccino Candies and a Unova Stone.
