NetEase has announced the end-of-service (EOS) for its popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile. After a four-year run since its global Android launch, the game will officially shut down. The PC and console versions remain unaffected.
For those unfamiliar, Dead by Daylight Mobile is a thrilling 4v1 survival horror game, a mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's acclaimed title. While the mobile version debuted in April 2020, the original PC release dates back to June 2016.
Dead by Daylight Mobile pits players against each other in a heart-stopping game of cat and mouse. Choose your side: become a ruthless Killer, sacrificing Survivors to the Entity, or a Survivor desperately fighting for survival against a relentless pursuer.
Dead by Daylight Mobile Shutdown Date:
The game's final day is March 20th, 2025. The app will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025. Players who already have the game installed can continue playing until the official shutdown date. Information regarding refunds will be released on January 16th, 2025, adhering to regional regulations.
Existing players considering a transition to the PC or console versions will receive a welcome package. Loyalty rewards will also be offered for those who have made in-app purchases or accumulated significant XP on the mobile platform.
