Levelling Up
In DC: Dark Legion, every champion, from common to legendary, can be leveled up to boost their base stats like Attack, Defense, and Health. You can level up your champions by taking them into battles where they'll earn experience. Alternatively, if you're in a rush, you can use EXP potions of various rarities to directly increase their levels. Leveling up not only makes your champions more powerful but also increases your overall account's Combat Power (CP), giving you an edge in battles.
Upgrading Star Count
Each champion in DC: Dark Legion™ comes with a base star count that determines their rarity. For instance, legendary champions start at 5-stars. You can elevate this star count by using shards from duplicate copies of the same champion. This process, while rewarding as it unlocks new abilities and enhances hero stats, can be costly and may not be the best approach for new, free-to-play players due to its reliance on obtaining duplicates.
Gearing Up
Beyond leveling, equipping your heroes with powerful gear is crucial to enhance their performance. In the game's early stages, you can acquire gear by clearing hideouts. Once you unlock the crafting feature at your base, you can start creating your own gear. Gear comes in various rarities, each offering a main stat and additional sub-stats.
