Fields of Mistria, like many farming simulators, includes a fishing minigame. The rarest fish are the Legendary Fish, and this guide details how to catch them all.

Legendary Fish Locations

Four Legendary Fish await in Fields of Mistria. Their rarity is offset by an in-game notification, "A legendary fish is nearby," alerting you to their presence at the start of each day. Remember, you must unlock the Legendary fishing skill (Tier 3, 80 Essences) before they'll appear. Catching all four in your first year is unlikely, so prioritize unlocking this skill before year two.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The Cherry Fish spawns only in Spring, during windy weather. Target the large pond east of the city, focusing on small shadows. The smaller pond near the Mistria Town Manor House offers an alternative location.

Summer – Lightning Fish

The Lightning Fish appears in Summer during stormy weather. Search the rivers at the Narrows (west of the city), or explore other rivers on your farm or in the city. Look for medium-sized shadows.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The Leaf Fish is a Fall resident, found in rivers (especially those along the Eastern Road) on windy days. Its small size requires attention to detail.

Winter – Snow Fish

The Snow Fish, a Winter species, appears on snowy days at the beach. Explore the shoreline and the small western island for the best chances. Its medium size makes it relatively easier to spot.

Using Legendary Fish

Donate all four Legendary Fish to the Museum to receive a reward: a set of Fish Wings. Museum collection progress determines additional rewards, potentially including furniture, a recipe, and treasure chests.
