Targeted for a 2026 release, Onimusha: Way of the Sword promises compelling characters, a new protagonist, and engaging enemies within a historically accurate recreation of Kyoto. The game centers on visceral sword combat, utilizing an Oni Gauntlet to defeat Genma. While challenging, the developers aim for accessibility across skill levels.
Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny – Remastered for 2025
The 2002 classic, Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny, receives a remastered release in 2025, bridging the gap until Onimusha: Way of the Sword's arrival.
Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta 2 – Arkveld Awaits
The second Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta introduces the flagship monster, Arkveld, in a challenging advanced quest. Additional features include a Gypceros hunt, a training area, Private Lobbies, and Online Single Player mode (allowing S.O.S. Flare for multiplayer assistance). Data from the first beta transfers, and the Character Creator, Story Trial, and Doshaguma hunt return. Cross-play is enabled. The beta runs:
