Botany Manor's PlayStation Release Date Confirmed: January 28th
Botany Manor, the critically acclaimed puzzle game, finally has a confirmed PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 release date: January 28th, 2025. Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 launch, the release was delayed to allow for further refinement and polish.
Originally launched in April 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered praise for its charming atmosphere, clever puzzles, and engaging gameplay, earning a strong reputation as one of the best puzzle games of the year.
Publisher Whitethorn Games announced the delay in December, promising a new release date in 2025, which they delivered on January 9th. While the January 28th date is now set, a PlayStation Store page is yet to appear, meaning pre-orders aren't currently available.
The PlayStation version is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms. As a one-time purchase with no microtransactions, it will maintain the same core experience. Unlike the Steam version, which offers a separate digital soundtrack, this add-on is unlikely to be available on PlayStation.

Botany Manor's strong reception, boasting an 83/100 average score and a 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic, positions it perfectly to enrich the PlayStation's already impressive puzzle game library. Its calming aesthetic, challenging puzzles, and rewarding exploration have resonated deeply with critics and players alike.
With its arrival on PlayStation, Botany Manor will be available across all initially announced platforms. While Balloon Studios hasn't yet revealed their next project, their debut title has clearly made a significant impact. Joining Botany Manor on the PlayStation Store on January 28th will be Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Sone of Madness.
