How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3
### Initiating the Interaction:
Inside, approach the bed where Naoise and Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier, are engaged in an intimate moment. Jara's displeasure at your interruption triggers a dialogue. Selecting "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken" initiates a sequence of events. Jara transforms into a Mindflayer, requiring you to defeat her.
After defeating Jara, Naoise reveals her unexpected attraction to Mindflayers. Choosing "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset." allows the interaction to progress. A successful Insight check reveals her receptiveness to romance. Avoid judgmental responses and opt for options like "What did you have in mind?" followed by "Close your eyes and listen" to trigger the romance scene.
This mental romance involves Naoise asking you to choose a defining characteristic ("Revered," "Contented," "Powerful," "Rich," or "I think we're done here"). Selecting "Contented" (in this example) leads to the romance scene. This encounter is unique and, once completed, Naoise will not pursue further interaction. Note that even with existing relationships (e.g., with Karlach), this encounter appears to be permissible.
Shadowheart will grant you the "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration point after the encounter. Successfully romancing Naoise rewards you with the Rapture boon, providing a passive +1d6 to most ability checks.
