The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's midpoint and is a significant departure from traditional gameplay. This comprehensive guide will walk you through each step.
Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway and up the stairs to an elevator.
Accessing the Biotechnology Room
The elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.
Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
Follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") in the Director's office. More zombies await in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it transforms it into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.
Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from its remains.
Obtaining the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to reach the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility's upper level. Answer the ringing phone. You must locate and place four documents in the file display area.
Mannequins will pursue you; sprinting and maintaining distance is key. Document locations: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.
Acquiring the Blue Card
Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears.
The Mimic's ability to disappear requires shooting moving objects to force its transformation. After defeating it, collect the Blue Card.
Securing the Red Card
Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders and eliminate zombies to reach a blacklight-activated door. The code is unique to each player.
In the opposite room, activate the timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. One is in the starting room, another in the unlocked room, and the final one requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, follow the Mangler's path to a final confrontation. Defeat it and its horde to get the Red Card.
Confronting the Disciple
Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone to trigger a cinematic and the final encounter with the Disciple and a horde of zombies. The mission concludes with a hallucination reveal.
