- Simplify your daily life with Green Dot AI search. Experience convenient search functions, including Lens (image search), music search, voice search, and location-based search for neighborhood information like restaurants.
Supports Wear OS devices. Use the NAVER app on your Wear OS device to check real-time information (weather, stocks), access memberships, coupons, and payments, and quickly access frequently used tools via tiles and complications. (Weather information is available in Korea only.)
Details of required access permissions:
- Location: Enables location-based navigation, search, and location tagging.
- Camera: Allows photo attachment and QR/image search.
- Files and media (photo, video, audio): Uses device files for image search. (Photo/video access not needed on devices with OS version 13.0 or later and NAVER App 12.7.0 or later.)
- Microphone: Enables voice and music search, voice translation, and voice recording.
- Contacts: Allows access to contact information for features like wire transfers, gifting, and address book.
- Phone: Required for mobile number verification for features like NAVER certification, passwordless login, and NAVER Pay.
- Physical activity: Required for step counting in NAVER's pedometer service.
- Notification: Required for key announcements, events, promotions, and pedometer step count notifications (available on OS version 13.0 or higher).
