Hangman is a classic word-guessing game where the player attempts to figure out a hidden word. When the word is related to an "Adverb," players must use their knowledge of language to make educated guesses.
The game displays the word's length using dashes, each representing a letter. Players select letters one at a time. If a chosen letter appears in the word, it fills in the corresponding dashes. If the guess is incorrect, parts of a hangman figure are drawn—starting with the head, followed by the trunk, right arm, left arm, right leg, and finally the left leg.
The goal is to guess the word correctly before the entire hangman figure is completed. It's a race against time and mistakes, making it both challenging and fun.
