How many countries can you identify? Explore flags, maps, coats of arms, and capitals!
The Flags of the World Quiz has evolved into the Geography Quiz, featuring a variety of new categories and levels. Four primary game modes are available: FLAGS, MAPS, COATS OF ARMS, and CAPITALS. Our app is completely free and stands out as the only one where players identify countries based on flags, maps, and coats of arms. Players can also guess the capital city when the country name and a city photograph appear on screen.
The national flag is the primary symbol of every country. Not only independent states but also dependent territories and internationally unrecognized countries have their own flags. The flags of Romania and Chad differ only in color shades, while Switzerland's flag is a red square with a white Greek cross in the center. Do you recall the flag of Jamaica? With our educational game, you can learn world flags every day, anywhere. When you guess correctly, a table appears at the bottom of the screen with details like the official state name, capital city, official language, currency, and population. A button is also provided for additional information.
Country maps show their geographic locations. Turkey spans two continents: Europe and Asia. The world's smallest country is Vatican City, and the smallest continent is Australia. Do you know the location of Egypt? The Maps of the World category helps you learn the locations of all countries, their neighboring nations, and even their area sizes. Our game includes maps of countries from six continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Australia.
National emblems or coats of arms display a diverse array of shapes and colors. Many state emblems feature an eagle, and the background color often relates to the country’s flag. Have you ever seen Argentina's coat of arms?
Some countries also serve as their capitals—these are known as city-states, like Monaco or Singapore. How well do you know the world’s capital cities? The capital of the United Kingdom is London, and the capital of Ukraine is Kyiv, but do you know all European capitals?
We are committed to expanding the game by adding more capital cities, city flags, dependent territories, historical states, unrecognized countries, and many other features.
