Introducing Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1, an innovative app designed, developed, and deployed specifically for assessing rent-ready spaces. Now available in both web and mobile versions across all platforms, this app revolutionizes the way you experience and manage your rental space.
• How does it work?
1. Download the App: Start by downloading the Rent Ready app on your device.
2. Scan the QR code when you walk in: Upon entering the space, simply scan the provided QR code.
3. That's all! Smooth. Simple. As it should be: Once you've scanned the code, you're all set to enjoy the space.
▪ Enjoy the space with all its amenities: high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, meeting rooms, and more.
▪ Savor unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans carefully selected and roasted by our friends at 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company.
▪ Indulge in unlimited fruits and additional artisan pastries to keep you fueled throughout your day.
▪ When you're ready to leave, simply scan the QR code to walk out, whether it's after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday.
▪ Payment is processed automatically when you decide to end your session, ensuring a seamless experience.
• How much does it cost?
1. You only pay for the time you spend inside the space: £9.20/hour (or 15p/min), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).
2. The meeting room, accommodating up to 6 people, is available for £60/hour (i.e., £50 + VAT) and can be pre-booked directly through the app in 30-minute slots.
• Where are we located?
1. Our first location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.
